Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our WhatsApp automation app for Salla stores. This app is offered to merchants through the Salla App Store and integrates with the Salla platform. By installing the app from Salla or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the service.
1. Definitions
"We", "us", "our" means the provider of this app and related services. "You", "merchant" means the Salla store owner or authorized user who installs and uses the app. "Service" means the WhatsApp messaging, notifications, and automation features we provide in connection with your Salla store. "Salla" means Salla (salla.sa) and its platforms, including the Salla App Store and Salla Partners.
2. Description of Service
We provide an app that integrates with Salla to automate WhatsApp communications with your customers, including order notifications, status updates, welcome messages, review requests, abandoned cart reminders, digital product delivery, and related features. Use of the service may also include access to a dashboard for templates, contacts, bulk messaging, scheduled messages, and chatbot features as per your plan.
3. Account and Salla Connection
You must have a valid Salla merchant account to use the app. By connecting your store, you authorize us to access store, order, and customer data from Salla to the extent necessary to provide the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.
4. Subscription, Trial and Payment
Subscriptions and trials are managed by Salla. Pricing is displayed on the app listing on the Salla App Store and at checkout. Prices are stated before VAT; VAT may apply at checkout as required by law. We may offer a free trial period (for example, 7 days). If you do not subscribe when the trial ends, the app will stop and no charge will be applied. Once you subscribe, payment is processed according to Salla’s billing cycle. Your subscription is between you and Salla; we provide the app and service in accordance with Salla's partner program.
5. Refunds and Cancellation
Refunds are not available after the trial period has ended. Payments for active subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time through Salla; cancellation will stop future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current subscription period. You may continue using the app until the end of the paid period, after which the service will stop. Uninstalling the app does not by itself trigger a refund. These terms are consistent with Salla's app store policies.
6. Acceptable Use
You must use the service in compliance with all applicable laws (including those of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where relevant) and with WhatsApp’s terms of service and policies. You may not use the service for spam, harassment, fraud, or any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You are solely responsible for the content of messages sent through the service and for your Salla store data. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
We retain all rights in the app, our brand, and our materials. You receive a limited license to use the service for your store in accordance with these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or business opportunity.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will provide notice of material changes where required by law or by our agreement with Salla.
